Things to remember...

Never position the main table against a window backdrop as Video Cameras experience difficulty in capturing people against bright light.

Try to position the main table next to the dance floor - this ensures the guests and the videographer have an unobstructed view of the bridal party.

Introduce the Master of Ceremonies to the videographer in order to co-ordinate the recording of all proceedings.

Inform the videographer of any VIP guests and point them out.

It might also be a good idea to ask your videographer if he/she can recommend a photographer. Experience has shown that if they know each other, they work better together without competing for the bridal couple's attention.

In the end you will have a better video and set of photos.

P.S: Kindly arrange seating for the videographer and photographer.
