Things to remember...
Try to position the main table next to the dance floor - this ensures that the guests and the videographer have an unobstructed view of the bridal party.
Try not to position the main table against a window backdrop as Video
Cameras experience difficulty in capturing people against bright light.
Introduce the Master of Ceremonies to the videographer in order to co-ordinate the recording of all proceedings.
Inform the videographer of any VIP guests and point them out.
It might also be a good idea to ask your videographer if he/she can recommend a photographer. Experience has shown that if they know each other, they work better together without competing for the bridal couple's attention. In the end you will have a better video and set of photos.
P.S: Kindly arrange seating for the videographer and photographer.
